Papillon Room


The Papillon conference room at Butterfly Creek is one of Auckland's hidden gems when it comes to conference and event spaces. Not only is parking a breeze with plenty of free parking available on site, but it's easy to get to from all the main Auckland highways and for any visitors flying into Auckland's domestic or international airports.

The Papillon Room is bright and airy with plenty of natural light and access to the outdoors via the private deck area. It can accommodate up to 160 pax theatre style, 60 pax boardroom style or 45 pax U Shape style.

There's also a small boardroom for groups of up to 16 people and a range of good quality catering options at reasonable prices.


Full Day: From $350.00 + GST per day ($500 + GST for over 50 pax)



Conference menus, including coffee and tea on arrival, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, start at $44.27 + GST per person.


All Audio Visual equipment is additional to room hire price. Please provide us with your requirements for an accurate quote.
